Carla is a passionate individual from Paarl, where she was born and raised. Her journey led her to North-West Potchefstroom University, where she studied BSc Consumer Science. This academic pursuit laid the foundation for her choice in the food safety environment. As a trail runner, she finds solace in the outdoors, exploring nature’s beauty. Equally, her joy multiplies when she spends quality time with friends, family, and her beloved dogs. She appreciates the finer things in life and enjoys savouring moments of joy over a glass of wine. Carla is known for her adaptability, enthusiasm, and unfailingly friendliness. She is a culinary explorer, both in the kitchen and in the vibrant tapestry of life.
